You can update your mobile number from your account settings if you still have access to your current number. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact support.
If you have access to your current number:
- Open your account
- Go to Account Settings → Profile
- Select your phone number
- Click Update Phone Number and follow the steps
If you don’t have access to your current number:
- Contact support via chat using Submit a Request
- Complete the required verification checks
Key details:
- A security cool-off period of up to 48 hours may be applied after verification
- Your account may be temporarily locked during this period for safety

- Retry the process or contact support for further assistance

- Use app-based 2FA for better security and easier recovery compared to SMS-based OTP
