For 2FA/Authenticator App Reset via Self-Service, please follow the below steps:
- Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/2fa
- Login to your WazirX account
- Enter your Email ID and password
- Select Send OTP
- Enter the OTP & select Next
- Select Send OTP
- Enter the OTP & select Next
- Enter your PAN Number & Date Of Birth
If you are not able to access SMS OTP, please follow the below steps:
- Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/2fa
- You will be redirected to the screen shared below

Select Unable to access SMS OTP
- Keep your PAN Card ready & select Start Video KYC Verification
- After Video KYC is complete, select Submit
- Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. You'll receive an update via email.
