For Mobile Number Change via Self Service, please follow the steps:
- Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/mobile
- Log in to your WazirX account
- Enter your Email ID and password
- Select Send OTP
- Enter the OTP & select Next
- Select Send OTP
- Enter the OTP & select Next

Enter your New Mobile Number
If you are not able to access SMS OTP, please follow the below steps:
- Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/mobile
- You will be redirected to the screen shared below
- Enter your Email ID and password and then click on next
- Select Send OTP and complete Email Authentication
- Select Unable to access SMS OTP
- Enter the new mobile number
- Enter the OTP sent to your new mobile number
- Enter your PAN Number and Date of Birth mention on PAN Card
- Keep your PAN Card ready with you for Video KYC Verification
- After Video KYC is complete, select Submit
- Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours. You'll receive an update via email.
