Email ID Change via Self Service

For Email ID Change via Self-Service, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/email
2. Login to your WazirX account
   
3. Enter your Email ID and password
4. Select Send OTP
   
5. Enter the OTP & select Next
6. Select Send OTP
   
7. Enter the OTP & select Next
8. Enter your new Email ID
   

If you don't have access to the registered email ID, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to https://wazirx.com/account-management/email
2. You will be redirected to the below-shared screen
   
3. Enter your Email ID and password and then click on next
4. Click on “Unable to access email for OTP”
5. You will be redirected to the below screen:
6. Click on Send OTP
7. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and select Next
8. You will be redirected to the below link:
9. Enter the new email address and click on next
10. You will be receiving OTP on your new email address and below screen will be displayed:
    
11. Enter the OTP from your email address and click on next
