You can change your registered email ID using the Email ID Change Self-Service option. The process depends on whether you have access to your currently registered email ID.
If You Have Access to Your Registered Email ID
| What You Need to Do |

| Go to the Email ID Change page (https://wazirx.com/account-management/email) |
| Log in to your WazirX account. |
| Enter your registered email ID and password. |
| Select Send OTP. |
| Enter the OTP and select Next. |
| Select Send OTP for the next verification. |
| Enter the OTP and select Next. |
| Enter your new email ID and follow the on-screen instructions. |
If You Don't Have Access to Your Registered Email ID
You can still change your email ID by verifying your account using the mobile number registered with your WazirX account.
| What You Need to Do |

| Go to the Email ID Change page (https://wazirx.com/account-management/email) |
| Enter your registered email ID and password, then select Next. |
| Select Unable to access email for OTP. |
| Select Send OTP. |
| Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and select Next. |
| Enter your new email ID and select Next. |
| Enter the OTP received on your new email ID and select Next. |
Important: If you don't have access to your registered email ID, make sure you have access to your registered mobile number to receive the verification OTP.
