You can reset your 2FA/Authenticator App using the self-service option. The process depends on whether you have access to the SMS OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
If You Have Access to SMS OTP

| 1 | Go to the 2FA Reset page. |
| 2 | Log in to your WazirX account. |
| 3 | Enter your registered email ID and password. |
| 4 | Select Send OTP. |
| 5 | Enter the OTP and select Next. |
| 6 | Select Send OTP for the next verification. |
| 7 | Enter the OTP and select Next. |
| 8 | Enter your PAN Number and Date of Birth to proceed with the reset. |
If You Don't Have Access to SMS OTP
If you cannot access the SMS OTP sent to your registered mobile number, you’ll need to complete Video KYC Verification.

| 2 | Select Unable to access SMS OTP. |
| 3 | Keep your PAN Card ready and select Start Video KYC Verification. |
| 4 | Complete the Video KYC Verification. |
| 5 | After completing Video KYC, select Submit. |
