You can update your registered mobile number from your account settings if you still have access to your current number. If you no longer have access to it, you’ll need to contact WazirX Support.
If You Have Access to Your Current Number
- Log in to your WazirX account.
- Go to Account Settings → Profile.
- Select your registered phone number.
- Click Update Phone Number and follow the on-screen steps.
If You Don’t Have Access to Your Current Number
You’ll need to contact WazirX Support and complete the required verification before your mobile number can be updated.
- Contact WazirX Support through Submit a Request.
- Complete the required verification checks.
- After verification, a security cool-off period of up to 48 hours will apply.

Important: Your account may be temporarily locked during the security cool-off period for safety.
Security Tip
Consider using app-based 2FA for better security and easier recovery compared with SMS-based OTP.
