You can switch to an authenticator app from your account settings.
Steps:
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Select Two-Factor Authentication → Authenticator App
- Enter the OTP received via SMS/Email
- Open your authenticator app and add a new account
- Scan the QR code or enter the recovery code manually
- Enter the OTP from the app
- Save the recovery code securely
- Approve the request via the confirmation email
