Use Only Official WazirX Platforms

  • Download the app only from the Play Store / App Store

  • App name: WazirX | Developer: Zanmai Labs Pvt Ltd

  • Use only the official website: wazirx.com

  • Desktop apps should be downloaded only from the official WazirX site

  • Verify emails are sent from @wazirx.com

  • Avoid third-party download links and fake social accounts

Password Safety

  • Use a strong, unique password (6–64 characters; recommended 10+)

  • Include letters, numbers, and symbols

  • Do not reuse passwords from other sites

  • Never share your password — WazirX will never ask for it

  • Secure your registered email account with a strong password too

Enable 2FA & OTP Protection

  • Always enable app-based 2FA (recommended over SMS)

  • Store your 2FA backup key securely (not on email/device)

  • Never share OTP or 2FA codes with anyone
