You can switch back to SMS/Email OTP from your account settings.
Steps:
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Select Two-Factor Authentication → Mobile SMS
- Enter the OTP from your authenticator app
- Enter the OTP received via SMS/Email
- Approve the request via the confirmation email
