You can easily complete the Re-KYC verification of your account by following these simple steps
1) You will receive a pop-up to complete the Re-KYC of your account. You can also click on Account Settings option to complete the Re-KYC.
2) Review your existing details and proceed with the desired option.
3) If your existing details are correct you can directly complete the Self Verification (Step 5) and submit the request for Re-KYC
4) If your existing details are not updated correctly than kindly proceed with the further steps
- Select Instant Verification via Digilocker for faster KYC approval. Enter your PAN Card number and proceed to Digilocker Verification
- In Digilocker enter your 12 digit Aadhaar card number and enter the OTP received on mobile number linked with UIDAI to complete your Re-KYC
- If you have selected Manual Verification, capture clear photos of PAN and Aadhaar Card with the help of in app option and submit the KYC. Do note manual verification can take upto 48 hours after the request is submitted.
5) Selfie Verification: Take a clear selfie, ensuring your face is visible and in focus with good lighting.
6) Select the necessary "About You" information and Submit the request.
Voila! You have successfully submitted your Re-KYC request and you shall be notified on your email as soon as the status is updated.
