Open Corporate/Company/Partnership/LLP/HUF Account

Steps for Indian KYC:

1. Sign up on WazirX and submit the below details in KYC
   
   
2. Personal Info - Applicable for everyone: 
   
   
   1. First Name: Enter the name of your Company/LLP/Partnership Firm/HUF as it appears on PAN
   2. Date of Birth: Enter Date of Incorporation/Formation as it appears on PAN (if your entity is less than 18 years old, please mention the date of Birth of the Authorized Person)
   3. Address: Enter the registered address of your Company/LLP/Partnership Firm/HUF 
      
      
3. PAN details
   
   
   1. Company: Enter your Company PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a PDF/ JPEG file of the same
   2. LLP: Enter your LLP PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a PDF/JPEG file of the same
   3. Partnership: Enter your Partnership firm PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a PDF/JPEG file of the same
   4. HUF: Enter your HUF firm’s PAN in the “PAN” section and upload a PDF/JPEG file of the same
      
      
4. Passport/Aadhar/Driving License section
   
   
   1. Company: Select ‘Passport’ option from the dropdown and enter your full CIN in the “Passport Number” field. Upload a PDF file of Incorporation Certificate of the Company in ‘Upload front of Passport’ section and signed Authority Letter (sample shared in Pg. 4) authorising director/s to open and operate an account with WazirX in the ‘Upload back of Passport’ section
   2. LLP: Select ‘Passport’ option from the dropdown and enter your full 7-digit LLPIN in the “Passport Number” field. Upload a PDF file of the Incorporation Certificate of the LLP in ‘Upload front of Passport’ section and signed Authority Letter (sample shared in Pg. 3) authorising partner/s to open and operate an account with WazirX in the ‘Upload back of Passport’ section
   3. Partnership: Select ‘Passport’ option from the dropdown and enter your Udyog Aadhaar number in ‘Passport Number’ field and upload the Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Firms in ‘Upload front of Passport’ section. And upload your GST registration certificate in the ‘Upload back of Passport’ section
   4. HUF: Select ‘Passport’ option from the dropdown and enter the Aadhaar number of Karta of HUF in ‘Passport Number’ field, upload the PDF of the same in ‘Front of Passport’ section and upload a copy of cancelled cheque having the name of HUF in ‘Back of Passport’ section
      
      
5. Selfie section
   
   
   1. Company: Upload a selfie of any one Director holding his/her own and Company’s PAN card
   2. LLP: Upload a selfie of any one partner holding his/her own and firm’s PAN card
   3. Partnership: Upload a selfie of any one partner holding his/her own and firm’s PAN card 

          HUF: Upload a selfie of Karta of HUF holding their individual PAN and HUF PAN card

6. Send an email to corporatekyc@wazirx.com with the following details:
1. Required for everyone: Share the email address that you’ll use to register an account on WazirX with us on corporatekyc@wazirx.com
   
   
2. Required for everyone: Share a video KYC of the authorised person/ Director/ Partner/Karta (as per the Authority letter) holding the Company/Firm/ HUF's PAN and own PAN one by one. The details of the ID should be clearly readable. The authorised person has to read out the following text in the video :
   
   
3. “I, [Your Name], with Permanent Account Number [Your PAN], am recording this video on [Today's Date in Date-Month-Year format] to fulfill the KYC verification requirements for my Corporate account of ([Company/Firm/HUF Name]) with PAN [Company/Firm/HUF PAN] on the WazirX cryptocurrency exchange. The registered email address of my Company/Firm/HUF is [Your Email ID]. I, along with [Name of the Managing Director] as the Managing Director and [Name of the Other Director], as the other Director of the Company/Firm/HUF, collectively assume full responsibility and liability as the sole owners of all trades, deposits, and withdrawals carried out on this WazirX account.”
   
   
4. Also required for Partnership
1. Partnership deed
2. Copy of PAN and Aadhaar of all partners
3. Copy of cancelled cheque having the name of firm on the cheque
4. PDF file of a signed authority letter authorizing the partners to open and operate account with WazirX
5. Also required for HUF
1. Copy of PAN Card of Karta
2. Copy of canceled cheque having the name of HUF

Steps for non-Indian Company KYC:

1. Sign up on WazirX and submit the below details in KYC
2. Enter the name of your company as it appears on the Incorporation Certificate
3. Enter company registration number in ‘National ID’ field and Upload Certificate of Incorporation in ‘Upload front of National ID card’ section
4. Upload a PDF file of a signed Authority Letter (sample shared in Pg. 3) in the ‘Upload back of National ID card’ section. 
5. Upload a selfie of any Director holding his/her personal ID document in the ‘Selfie’ section.
6. Email us at corporatekyc@wazirx.com with the following info as soon as you’ve completed the sign up process and submitted all the documents:
1. Email address that you’ll use to register an account on WazirX
2. Certified list of Directors and Shareholders of the company with % shareholding, country of residence and Passport number for each of the shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners. 
3. A copy of the documents uploaded in Step 3, 4 and 5
