You can deposit INR into your WazirX account using UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS.
Follow the steps below based on your preferred deposit method.
Which deposit method should I choose?
Choose or click the deposit method that works for you:
Deposit INR Using UPI
| No. | What You Need to Do |

| 1 | Open the WazirX app and go to Funds > INR/Rupee > Deposit. |
| 2 | Enter the amount you wish to deposit. |
| 3 | Ensure UPI is selected as the payment method. If not, tap Change and select UPI. |
| 4 | Tap Add ₹XX,XXX to proceed with your deposit. |
| 5 | Select where you want your INR credited: Spot Wallet or Futures Wallet. |
| 6 | Tap Continue to Pay. |
| 7 | Scan the UPI QR code or tap Open UPI App to make the payment. |
| 8 | Complete the payment within 10 minutes. |
| 9 | Once the payment is successful, your INR deposit should reflect almost instantly in your WazirX account. |

Important: UPI deposits may be delayed due to banking network issues. In such cases, it may take up to 3 days for the amount to be credited or refunded.
Deposit INR Using Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS)

| 1 | Open the WazirX app and go to Funds > INR/Rupee > Deposit. |
| 2 | Enter the amount you wish to deposit. |
| 3 | Select Bank Transfer as the payment method. If another method is selected, tap Change and choose Bank Transfer. |
| 4 | Tap Add ₹XX,XXX to proceed with your deposit. |
| 5 | Select where you want your INR credited: Spot Wallet or Futures Wallet. |
| 6 | Tap Continue to Pay. |
| 7 | Tap Open Netbanking to proceed with the bank transfer. |
| 8 | In your bank's net banking app, add the provided beneficiary details. |
| 9 | Transfer the amount using IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. |
| 10 | After completing the transfer, return to WazirX and tap I Have Transferred. |

If Your Bank Transfer Deposit Is Not Credited
Most bank transfer deposits are credited to your WazirX account within 30 minutes.
If your deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, follow these steps to provide your transfer details.

| 1 | Open the WazirX app and go to Funds > INR/Rupee. |
| 2 | Pull down to refresh the page and check your INR balance. |
| 3 | If the deposit is still missing, tap Add Transfer Details. |
| 4 | Select the bank account to which the transfer was made. |
| 5 | Enter the required transfer details. |
| 6 | WazirX will attempt to locate your deposit and credit it within 30 minutes. |
| 7 | If your deposit is still missing, contact WazirX Support for assistance. |

Deposit INR Using Standard Deposit (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS)

| 1 | Open the WazirX app and go to Funds > INR/Rupee > Deposit. |
| 2 | Enter the amount you wish to deposit. |
| 3 | Select Standard Deposit as the payment method. If another method is selected, tap Change and choose Standard Deposit. |
| 4 | Tap Add ₹XX,XXX to proceed with your deposit. |
| 5 | Select where you want your INR credited: Spot Wallet or Futures Wallet. |
| 6 | Tap Continue to Pay. |
| 7 | Tap Open Netbanking to proceed with the bank transfer. |
| 8 | In your bank's net banking app, add the provided beneficiary details. |
| 9 | Transfer the amount using IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS. |
| 10 | After completing the transfer, return to WazirX. |
| 11 | Enter the Transaction ID and tap Submit. |
Important: Standard Deposits can take 24–72 hours to be credited to your WazirX account.
Important Information
| Condition | What You Should Know |
|---|---|
| Crypto Withdrawals | Crypto withdrawals will be disabled after your first successful INR deposit through these payment methods. |
| Linked Bank Account | Always use your linked/whitelisted bank account for INR deposits through IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. |
| Deposits from Non-Linked Accounts | Transfers made from non-linked/whitelisted bank accounts will be refunded within 5–7 days. |
