How to Buy USDT on WazirX P2P?

WazirX P2P is the fastest way to convert your Fiat currency to USDT. You can then use the USDT to buy any cryptos on WazirX. Steps to Buy USDT on WazirX P2P -

  1. Click on P2P at the top of your screen 
  2. Enter the volume of USDT you want to buy. You can also mention the total amount in Fiat to adjust the USDT volume. 
  3. Click on the Place Buy Order button. WazirX will start finding sellers for your order.
  4. WazirX will then start showing you the matches. Your order may be matched with multiple sellers for differing quantities.
  5. Make payments to each of the matching seller's bank accounts. After you have paid, click on 'I have Paid'.
  6. Wait for the seller to confirm the payment. Once the seller has confirmed the payment, the USDT will be credited to your WazirX account.
⚠️Important: In Step 5, Click on I have paid ONLY after you have made the payment to the seller's bank account. False confirmations will lead to a penalty or locking down of your account.

Is there a limit on the volume of USDT I can buy?

Depending on your portfolio size, you can buy up to 2000 USDT in a single Buy Order. You can place more Buy Orders after you complete your existing orders. There is no limit on the number of Buy Orders you can place in a single day.

How much time do I have to make a payment to the seller?

Once you are matched with a seller, you have 60 minutes to make a payment to the seller's bank accounts. If you do not make a payment in 60 minutes, the order is automatically cancelled.

I have made the payment but forgot to click on I have Paid.

You will have 30 minutes to click on the Raise Dispute option. Once you raise a dispute, you will immediately get an email from our dispute team requesting for payment proof. Please reply to this email within 15 minutes. The dispute team will then review your payment proof along with other details and take a final decision on your dispute.

If you do not reply to the email within 15 minutes, or if the proof you have provided is not sufficient, the dispute will be settled in favour of the seller. The decision of the dispute team is final and binding and cannot be reversed.

Is it safe to Buy on WazirX P2P?
