How do coupons work on WazirX? – WazirX

We use coupons to reward our existing and new users who sign up on the platform as a part of marketing campaigns and promotions.

To claim coupons please follow:

On Web:

Log into WazirX
Go to Settings
Click on ‘Coupon rewards’
Enter a coupon code and click on ‘Apply’

On Mobile Apps:

Open WazirX app
Tap on Settings
Tap on ‘Claim Coupons’
Enter a coupon code and click on ‘Apply’

There are two types of coupons:

Instant coupons:

As soon as you enter coupon code, the rewards will reflect in your ‘Funds’. You don’t need to do anything further.

Conditional coupons:

Here, after entering the coupon code you will be able to see what you have won. However, you would need to perform certain activities as per the eligibility criteria of the event to claim the rewards.

It can take a maximum of 24 hours for the rewards to get credited to your WazirX account.
