At WazirX, we periodically review each digital asset we list to ensure that it continues to meet the high standard we expect. When a coin or token no longer meets this standard or the industry changes, we conduct a more in-depth review and potentially delist it. We believe this best protects all our users.
When we conduct these reviews, we consider a variety of factors. Here are some that drive whether we decide to delist a digital asset:
- Commitment of the team to the project
- Level and quality of development activity
- Trading volume and liquidity
- Stability and safety of network from attacks
- Network / smart contract stability
- Level of public communication
- Responsiveness to our periodic due diligence requests
- Evidence of unethical/fraudulent conduct or negligence
- Contribution to a healthy and sustainable crypto ecosystem
Based on our most recent reviews, we have decided to delist and cease trading on all trading pairs for Komodo (KMD) and Perpetual Protocol (PERP) at 3 PM IST on 23rd March 2026.
Please note:
- The exact trading pairs that will be removed are KMD/USDT and PERP/USDT.
- Withdrawals for PERP will remain available for 3 months, ending on 23rd June 2026, 3 PM IST. We encourage all users to withdraw their holdings within this period.
- Users may choose to sell KMD tokens. Once delisted, withdrawals will not be available immediately. Users can reach out to support after 23rd March, 3 PM IST for manual withdrawals, which will remain available till 23rd June 2026, 3 PM IST.
- Please be advised that in the event project-related issues occur, including but not limited to disruptions in on-chain activity, WazirX may be required to suspend or halt withdrawal services. In such circumstances, WazirX shall not be liable for, nor compensate any user for, losses arising directly or indirectly from the suspension of withdrawal services. Users are strongly encouraged to complete withdrawals at the earliest opportunity.
- All open trade orders will be automatically removed after trading ceases for each trading pair.
- To view the assets after trading ceases, please ensure you have not selected “Hide small balances” on your Funds page.
