When you deposit INR into your WazirX account using the IMPS/NEFT/RTGS option, you will need to enter the IMPS/NEFT/RTGS Transaction/Reference ID into WazirX after you complete the deposit from your bank or payment app.
The most common reason for deposits not reflecting in your WazirX account is that an incorrect Transaction/Reference ID is entered by the user into WazirX after the IMPS/NEFT/RTGS is completed.
Where can I find the Transaction/Reference ID?
You will see the Transaction/Reference ID on the confirmation screen of your bank account/payment app or on your bank statement after you have completed the NEFT/IFSC/RTGS Transaction. Sometimes you may only see it in the bank statement.
